Background of the Study

The debate over whether religious institutions should be taxed has gained attention in various parts of the world, including in Fika LGA. Religious institutions are often exempt from taxes, but concerns have been raised about the fairness and transparency of such exemptions, especially when these institutions engage in commercial activities. This study explores the public opinion on taxing religious institutions in Fika LGA, considering both the moral and practical implications of such policies.
